In the event that you cannot attend a confirmed class and need to transfer to a later date, it is appreciated that you give as much  advance notice as possible (ideally five (5) working days). As a courtesy, one transfer request will be provided per individual. A replacement course date must be selected within 6 months of the original course date.

With notice, TLUX Software reserves the right to cancel courses within five (5) business days of the session start date. Upon cancellation, registrants will receive full refund of course fees.

TLUX makes every effort to avoid course cancellations, but reserves the right to cancel courses prior up to ten (10) business days of the planned start date. In cases where courses must be cancelled, registrants will be notified of the cancellation and every effort will be made to reschedule registrations at no charge.
